Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to support the Environmental Services Department. The role includes scheduling staff, handling fee-for-service engagements, and training team members to uphold service standards.

You will maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment and serve as back-up to the Environmental Services Director during absences. This is a frontline leadership position within a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in the environmental services industry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff assignments and assist with workload planning.
• Charge for service engagements and train staff on procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Serve as back-up to the Environmental Services Director in their absence.
