Job summary

Aloft-Santa-Clara is hiring a House Attendant to keep the hotel, lobby, hallways, public restrooms and guest rooms clean and well-presented.

The role involves delivering housekeeping items, greeting guests, and responding to requests in a timely, friendly manner. A flexible schedule, weekend/holiday overnight availability, and US work authorization are required. The work is on-site at the Santa Clara property within the America Center complex.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or customer service, preferably in hotel settings.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel lobby, hallways, public restrooms, and public areas.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms as requested by Front Desk or Supervisor.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures and report hazards to supervision.
