Job Title: House Attendant

Location: Fairfield Inn Scranton, 949 Viewmont Drive, Dickson City, PA 18519

Overview: The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment, delivering items to guestrooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist with luggage in a friendly, efficient manner.
4. Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
5. Clean guestrooms as required.
6. Follow emergency procedures and maintain hotel equipment.
7. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to exert force up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a friendly and courteous manner.
