StepStone Hospitality is hiring a House Attendant at Sheraton Galleria, Atlanta. Help keep guest rooms and public areas clean while delivering linens and supplies to rooms. This role supports the housekeeping team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breaking down housekeeping closets and carts.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
• Additional language ability preferred
• CPR and first aid training preferred
