The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta is seeking a dependable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest hospitality standards, creating a comfortable stay for our guests.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.


• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.


• Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean, safe, and well-maintained.


• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service with professionalism.


• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.


• Follow all hotel policies, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.


• Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

• Physically able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods
