Sheraton Suites Galleria, Atlanta is seeking a House Attendant to join our refreshed hotel and uphold our standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will assist the housekeeping team by delivering supplies and ensuring public areas stay pristine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and storage areas.
• Keep guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and public spaces clean.
• Remove trash and used linens from rooms and carts.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down housekeeping closets and carts.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Your attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Support housekeeping team by delivering linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and storage areas
  
• Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and public areas
  
• Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts
  
• Assist with setting up and breaking down housekeeping closets and carts
  
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department
  
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
  
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of responsibility
  
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment through cleanliness and professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
• Additional language ability preferred
• CPR and first aid training preferred
