Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• One year of experience in leadership, customer service, or similar role.
• Ability to pass SafeServ Food Handler course.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine safety checks in all residential homes.
• Restock groceries and personal hygiene supplies.
• Assist individuals with routine shopping trips, appointments, and budgeting.
• Train and support DSPs to implement Individual Support Plans.
• Create staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Model best practices in care, communication, and teamwork.
• Interact with individuals’ family members in a warm, professional manner.
• Complete online progress reports, goals, and daily notes.
