Qualifications

• Valid SC Driver's License.

• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Be adaptable, a team player, and advocate for others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to up to 8 adults with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Follow person-centered plans, training programs, and behavioral support plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and community engagement.
• Document progress using Therap and maintain safety and quality of care.
