Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food runner duties: Delivers orders to guests, refills drinks, responds to guest requests, and adheres to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepares the dining room, maintains cleanliness, and assists guests. Adheres to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested.
3. Dishwasher duties: Ensures availability of clean dishes, maintains the dish area, unloads deliveries, and follows sanitation policies. Other duties as requested.
4. Prep cook duties: Prepares foods based on prep lists and directions, maintains cleanliness, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested.
5. Line cook duties: Maintains the prep area, manages sanitation, reads orders, and ensures food quality. Other duties as requested.
