Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food Runner duties: Deliver orders, refill drinks, respond to guest requests, adhere to sanitation and safety policies, and perform other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepare the dining room, clean tables and chairs, maintain cleanliness, and follow sanitation policies.
3. Dishwasher duties: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; restock and clean the dish area; unload deliveries; maintain sanitation standards.
4. Prep Cook duties: Prepare foods, follow recipes, sanitize stations, and adhere to safety policies.
5. Line Cook duties: Maintain cooking areas, manage sanitation, prepare orders accurately, and ensure quality standards.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
