Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food Runner Duties: Deliver orders to guests, refill drinks, respond to guest requests, and adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
2. Busser Duties: Prepare and maintain the dining area, clean tables and chairs, manage spills, and follow safety policies.
3. Dishwasher Duties: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; restock and clean the dish area; handle trash; follow sanitation policies.
4. Prep Cook Duties: Prepare foods based on recipes and directions, sanitize stations, and follow safety policies.
5. Line Cook Duties: Maintain cooking areas, manage food safety standards, prepare orders accurately, and ensure food quality.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
