Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food Runner duties: Delivers orders to guests, refills drinks, responds to guest requests, and adheres to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepares the dining room, maintains tables and chairs, cleans spills, and follows sanitation policies. Other duties as requested by management.
3. Dishwasher duties: Ensures clean dishes, prepares the dish area, unloads deliveries, and maintains cleanliness and safety standards. Other duties as requested by management.
4. Prep Cook duties: Prepares food according to recipes and standards, sanitizes stations, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
5. Line Cook duties: Maintains cooking areas, manages food preparation, and adheres to sanitation and safety standards. Other duties as requested by management.
