Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food runner duties: Deliver orders to guests, refill drinks, respond to guest requests, adhere to sanitation and safety policies, and perform other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepare dining room, clean tables and chairs, maintain cleanliness, and follow sanitation policies.
3. Dishwasher duties: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; restock and clean area; unload deliveries; maintain sanitation policies.
4. Prep cook duties: Prepare foods according to prep lists and standards, sanitize stations, and perform other duties as directed.
5. Line cook duties: Maintain cooking areas and utensils, ensure food quality, and adhere to safety standards.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
