Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food Runner duties: Delivers orders to guests in the dining room, refills drinks, responds to guest requests, and adheres to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepares the dining room for guests, maintains table settings, cleans chairs and tables, sweeps floors, removes trash, and follows sanitation policies. Other duties as requested by management.
3. Dishwasher duties: Ensures availability of clean dishes, cleans and restocks the dish area, unloads deliveries, sweeps and mops floors, takes out trash, and adheres to sanitation policies. Other duties as requested by management.
4. Prep Cook duties: Prepares food based on prep lists and directions, maintains quality and sanitation standards, cleans and sanitizes stations, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
5. Line Cook duties: Maintains food prep areas, manages sanitation and safety standards, reads orders, prepares orders accurately, cleans and restocks stations, and ensures food quality. Other duties as requested by management.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
