East Carolina University is seeking an Interlibrary Loan Assistant to support Joyner's Interlibrary Loan Department in processing physical and electronic materials for ECU students, staff, faculty, and partner libraries worldwide.
Responsibilities include sorting incoming packages, preparing and shipping materials, scanning items to PDFs, and using ILLiad and other library tools. Candidates must be ECU students with a GPA of 2.0 or higher and be available a regular weekday schedule.

Attention to detail is an absolute must. We prefer a regular schedule during 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday; no weekends, nights, and holidays are required. We recognize that student workers are students first! Our department offers flexible scheduling to cater to the needs of our students. These positions begin in Fall 2026 and may continue into future semesters.
