• Scanning books, journals, microfilm, and microfiche to create PDFs.
• Processing requests using ILLiad and other library software and research tools.
• Locating articles and chapters from electronic holdings for patrons and partner libraries.
• Assisting with other department tasks such as shelving, invoicing, and organizing supplies.
