Job summary

Papa John’s International is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a Papa John’s restaurant in Columbus. You will oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, and deliver outstanding customer service to drive profitability.

You will recruit and train team members, set performance expectations, manage inventory, costs and safety compliance, and implement local marketing efforts to grow sales and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by upholding Papa John’s standards and resolving issues promptly.
• Recruit, orient, and train staff; set performance expectations and conduct timely reviews.
• Manage sales against budget with marketing efforts and strong customer service.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
