Papa John’s International is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Papa John’s location in Ohio. You will ensure quality products and customer service while driving profitability and adhering to company policies.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service and create a positive work environment. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and local marketing efforts, ensuring compliance with safety and labor laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/local or state food service certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under state laws and insurance proof.

Responsabilités

• Manage all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Lead and train team members, enforce policies, and ensure safety and profitability.
• Drive sales and control costs through budgeting, inventory, and local marketing initiatives.
• Plan staffing, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed to maintain operations.
