Beef O Brady's Flowood is seeking an Hourly Manager to lead a busy, family-friendly sports pub in Flowood, MS. You will supervise a team, ensure food safety, and manage orders, inventory, and scheduling in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service casual restaurant culinary management position.
• Minimum 21 years or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great food, prepared to company standards.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety standards.
• Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in weekly/monthly inventories; maintain budgeted food cost.
• Write weekly kitchen schedules.
• Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.
