Beef 'O' Brady's - JO in Clermont, FL is seeking an Hourly Manager to lead a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house team. Responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining safety standards, and managing orders, inventory, and labor to meet budget targets.

The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, plus the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds in a busy, family-friendly sports pub environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service casual restaurant culinary management position.
• Minimum 21 years or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver great food prepared to company standards.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety standards.
• Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
• Maintain budgeted food cost.
• Write weekly kitchen schedules.
• Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.
