• Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies and cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization.

• Maintain budgeted food cost.
• Write weekly kitchen schedules.
• Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.
