Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking a Home Health Aide in York, ME. The position runs Monday to Friday, starting at 7 AM and ending around 4 PM, with duties including daily living activities, companionship, and health monitoring.

Must be comfortable around cats and dogs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus. We offer weekly pay, earned sick time, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: Hourly Pay $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience
