Job summary

Professional Care Match, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Care Match in Massachusetts is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist patients Monday through Friday, starting at 7 AM and ending at 4 PM. This role requires compassion and reliability to support daily living activities.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, meal prep, companionship, and monitoring health while following care plans. Must have at least 2 years of HH Aide experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation.
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

This position will be Monday to Friday starting at 7 AM to 4 PM.

Must be ok being around cats and dogs.

Compensation: Hourly Pay $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience
