Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide in Massachusetts to support patients at home. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with a focus on daily living activities, companionship, and health monitoring.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus as care may involve travel within the Monson area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

This position will be Monday to Friday starting at 7 AM to 4 PM.

Must be ok being around cats and dogs.

Compensation: Hourly Pay $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience
