Job summary

Professional Care Match, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Care Match, is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist patients with daily living activities and provide companionship in Massachusetts.

You will follow care plans, monitor health, and report changes to healthcare professionals. A minimum of 2 years experience, strong communication skills, ability to multitask (up to 50 lb lift), and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned
