Job summary

Professional Care Match on Nantucket, MA is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist clients with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide companionship. You will follow care plans and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care in a home setting.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, following safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Other duties as assigned.
