Job summary

Professional Care Match is seeking compassionate Home Health Aide professionals to support patients in Ware, MA. The role entails assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and following care plans under supervision.

Shifts are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 5pm to 5am. The position offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $22.00, weekly pay, earned sick time, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload.
• Valid driver's license preferred for reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned
