• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
• Record and track sales, payroll, expenses, and other financial data.
• Prepare and deliver cash deposits.
• Assist with creating and managing the unit budget.
• Support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and food safety regulations.

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of the restaurant and helps lead the team to ensure quality, service, and operational excellence. This role combines leadership, organization, and hands‑on involvement in daily restaurant functions.

Schedule Expectations

Approximately 30-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma preferred
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
• At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role preferred
