Job summary

Hardee's is seeking an Hourly Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding guest experiences under the guidance of the Senior/General Manager.

You will help drive sales, maintain high standards, and ensure compliance with company policies while stepping in to lead when managers aren’t present. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment with hands-on leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering guest-focused service.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders.
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor costs, and safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Hire, interview, and develop staff while ensuring compliant hiring practices.
• Create and manage staff schedules; monitor labor costs and adjust as needed.
• Lead team meetings and training; reinforce company policies and standards.
• Manage inventory, costs, and cash handling; ensure compliance with controls.
• Maintain facilities and equipment; coordinate maintenance as needed.
