Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure guests receive fast, friendly service and high-quality food products.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Senior/General Manager is not present.
• Interview and hire qualified staff and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members to build a strong team.
• Create and manage staff schedules to cover all business hours.
• Monitor labor costs and adjust staffing levels to meet targets.
• Foster a cooperative, respectful workplace and clear communication.
• Lead team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
