Job summary

Fairmont San Francisco is seeking a diligent dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. You will operate a commercial dishwasher, keep dishes stocked for service, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a historic hotel on Nob Hill.

The position offers an hourly rate of $35.28 USD gross per hour and requires the ability to handle physical duties such as standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Visa eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Store cleaned items in a clean, organized manner.
• Remove broken/damaged items from circulation and inventory them.
• Keep floors dry and clean at all times.
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Adhere to PPE usage and safety guidelines.
• Handle exposure to hot surfaces and cleaning chemicals safely.
