Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a diligent Steward/Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations in Napa. You will wash and sanitize dishware, glassware, and utensils, assist in food prep for banquets, and help maintain a clean kitchen environment.

You must follow proper sanitation and health guidelines, wear PPE as required, and be able to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends. Previous experience is not required.

Competenze

• No related experience and/or training required.
• Requires ability to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to communicate, read, write and understand English to follow instructions and safety rules.

Mansioni

• Sort soiled ware and prepare it for cleaning.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans according to hotel’s standard of cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize walls, floors, counters, and surfaces.
• Stock supplies and manage storage areas.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE as required, and report safety issues.
