HHM Hotels is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting with basic food prep when needed.

• Previous stewarding experience required or equivalent training.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and utensils.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas.
• Sweep and wash floors and handle trash disposal.
• Perform food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Support guest satisfaction goals through attentive service and safety compliance.
