Job summary

Hampton Inn Dallas Downtown – Starbucks Manager is an on-site leadership role overseeing coffee operations, the barista team, and guest service in a busy hotel setting. You’ll manage beverage service, coach staff, and ensure smooth shifts while upholding Starbucks standards and genuine hotel hospitality.

This overtime-eligible position requires 3+ years in hotel food & beverage management, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Hotel Food & Beverage Management or related F&B service
• Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of hospitality operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide Brew-tiful Guest Service: welcome guests, take orders, make beverage recommendations, and craft beverages to perfection.
• Manage cash handling and payments with accuracy at the register.
• Maintain stock & cleanliness of the cafe area and service stations.
• Lead Baristas and Shift Leads, train crew, and ensure smooth shifts with Starbucks standards.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and promos, and manage scheduling and operations.
