Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Financial Support role to assist the Director of Finance in directing hotel financial activities, safeguarding assets, and preparing reports in line with GAAP and HEI standards.

The position emphasizes reconciliations, invoicing, city ledger processing, and ensuring timely, accurate financial records, requiring strong organization and clear communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Accounting and hotel industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to compile facts and figures.
• Ability to operate a computer and calculator.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Finance in directing the hotel's financial activities.
• Reconcile and post city ledger payments; manage invoice processing and accuracy.
• Reconcile credit card backups and maintain logs of all cards.
• Set up new accounts in accordance with credit policy.
• Process approved invoices for payment with proper back-up.
