Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Staff Accountant at Hotel Per La, Autograph Collection in Los Angeles. You will support the Director of Finance by handling night audit receivables, posting city ledger payments, reconciling supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate ledgers.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid communication. Hotel accounting experience is preferred and the benefits package is comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required or preferred.
• Experience in hotel accounting or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a computer and calculator; good numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, verify, and post night audit receivables and related reconciliations.
• Post city ledger payments; reconcile and bill city ledger accounts.
• Process approved invoices for payment; maintain PO log and vendor communications.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation; assist with purchasing procedures.
