Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to/from their destinations, provide information and luggage assistance
• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner
• Provide the highest level of service to guests
• Direct guests with knowledge of hotel property and local area
• Work as a team to meet guests' needs and follow guest service recovery program
• Fill logs and complete vehicle safety checks
• Ensure fuel and vehicle cleanliness; perform basic maintenance and waste reduction
• Operate vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and ensure safety equipment
