Job summary

M&R Hotel Management is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for hotel guests, including timely pick-ups and drop-offs. You will assist guests with luggage, share information about local attractions, and keep the shuttle clean and well-maintained.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable work history, and the ability to pass background checks. This on-site position may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous shuttle service for hotel guests.
• Load and unload guests and luggage as needed; assist with directions and information.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic pre/post-trip checks.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures, including log books and emergency protocols.
• Represent the hotel professionally and respond to guest inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
