The ideal candidate must enjoy interacting with people, maintain professionalism, and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities include safely transporting guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a clean vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle or shuttle in varying traffic conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage as needed, within safe guidelines.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Provide a friendly, professional experience for guests.
• Assist guests with boarding, luggage, and mobility needs.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with hotel staff regarding guest needs.
• Complete required transportation-related documentation.
