You will maintain logs, ship items via multiple carriers, secure the receiving area, and sort mail while upholding guest and hotel data confidentiality. Prioritizes organization, teamwork, and customer service to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills.
• Guest-focused customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming deliveries to the hotel.
• Maintain logs for shipping/receiving transactions.
• Ship outgoing mail and packages with various carriers.
• Secure the receiving room and contents.
• Direct deliveries to appropriate areas.
• Deliver, pick up and sort mail efficiently.
• Record all packages received and shipped.
• Keep the office clean and organized.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest/hotel information.
