Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• 1 year of prior relevant experience in housekeeping, hotel operations or office administration.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual a strong plus.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections of guest rooms and suites.
• Coordinate repairs with Engineering.
• Order replacement items with the Hotel Services Supply Manager.
• Maintain a tracking system for orders and identified issues.
• Develop a computerized catalog of FF&E, bedding items and lamps with the Project/Systems Manager.
