Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group's Hotel Zessa Orange County Airport, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is seeking a Server to deliver attentive dining experiences. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and stocking of dining areas while upholding health standards and exceptional guest relations.

Qualifications

• One year food service experience, preferably in a hotel/resort.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage service and guest etiquette.
• Must speak/understand English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting food and beverages, present menus and explain specialties.
• Enter orders into POS system and note dietary needs and requests.
• Keep kitchen informed of timing and course progression for smooth service.
• Process guest payments accurately and balance with sales report.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of dining areas; ensure tables are prepared and set.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and health guidelines; complete side work as required.
