DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte City Center is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals with care. You will contribute to a warm dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.

• Proven track record of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring orders are accurate and dining areas are pristine.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems to process payments accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and guide them to their tables, ensuring a positive start to their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering any questions to enhance the guest's meal.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining the quality and presentation standards that our guests expect.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns swiftly to ensure a delightful experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables quickly to accommodate new guests.
• Process payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and providing guests with a seamless checkout experience.
