White Lodging Services, Inc. is looking for a server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team in Austin. You will provide high-quality service, engage guests with menu knowledge, and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service with friendly conversation and menu suggestions.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and dining experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
