White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team in Austin. You will deliver high-quality service, engage guests with menu knowledge, and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience during busy shifts.

The position offers scheduling flexibility through our app, opportunities for growth across multiple properties, and benefits like daily pay, 401(k), PTO, and employee wellness tools. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in server/food and beverage is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Outgoing, sociable personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with friendly conversation and menu suggestions.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and dining experience from first course to check.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, professional work environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
