White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team in Austin, TX. You’ll provide high-quality service, build guest connections, and help maintain a warm, engaging dining atmosphere across busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food & beverage experience preferred, but training is available.
• Strong guest service mindset with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and ability to read guests’ needs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with personal connections.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparations to answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent food quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and close out shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, brand-aligned appearance as a hotel ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
