White Lodging in Austin, TX is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food & beverage team. You’ll deliver high-quality service, engage guests with friendly conversation, and help create a welcoming dining experience.

No heavy experience required—we train the right person. You should enjoy fast-paced hospitality, be comfortable handling payments, and be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food & beverage experience preferred, training will be provided.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with friendly, engaging service.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages to answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from service start to final check.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional hotel dining environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
