Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an enthusiastic server to join our hospitality team in Austin. You’ll greet guests, support the service team, and ensure a smooth dining experience.

You’ll learn the Host Stand, master menu details, and deliver friendly, professional service. This role emphasizes teamwork, handling high volume, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed.
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always professional and friendly.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, answering guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
