Qualifications

• Guards card required and valid in California.
• Hotel or resort security experience preferred.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong incident response, report writing, communication skills.
• Calm under pressure with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security staff, assign posts, and manage daily operations.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and property damage; support guests.
• Complete incident reports, gather information, preserve CCTV, coordinate follow-up.
• Manage dispatching and guide officers to incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct patrols across hotel, parking, meeting spaces, and grounds.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate updates during handoffs.
• Provide professional hospitality, assist guests and associates, de-escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Safeco Protection and Westin Anaheim procedures.
