Job summary

Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA seeks an experienced Security Supervisor to direct hotel security and safety programs, conduct routine tours, and ensure the safety of guests, associates, and vendors. You will implement SOPs, respond calmly to emergencies, and maintain key control procedures.

The role requires knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident reporting, and training managers on emergency procedures, while coordinating with department heads to uphold security standards

Qualifications

• Safety and security related courses are preferred.
• Previous Law Enforcement, Military, Healthcare, or Hospitality related Risk Management experience.
• Must have basic First Aid training.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor and assist in all hotel security and safety related programs.
• Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors.
• Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
• Understand and implement Security related SOP’s, property rounds and inspections.
• Complete daily tours of entire hotel complex, promote safe work practices.
• Train managers and associates on all Emergency procedures.
• Work with hotel department heads and MOD’s to ensure hotel security.
• May participate in hotel investigations.
• Maintain key control procedures with Chief Engineer.
• Maintain calm leadership in crises and coordinate with relevant teams.
